How is this different from the free Capacity Snapshot?

The Snapshot is a self-guided check you take on your own. It shows you where strain is likely showing up. The Diagnostic is done with us: we look at how the business actually runs, name the real constraints, and build the roadmap with you.

How much of my time does it take?

Two to three deep-dive sessions. The analysis and the roadmap happen between them, on our side.

Do I have to keep working with you afterwards?

No. The roadmap is yours, and it's written so you can act on it without us. If you'd like support carrying it out, Strategic Coordination and Strategic Operations pick up where the Diagnostic leaves off.

What if I already know what the problem is?

Then the Diagnostic confirms it or tells you what's sitting underneath it. Either way you leave with a plan, not a hunch.
