What If there was another way?

It all begins with an idea. You look around and you think about how some things don't work the way they are supposed to, or how they could be better. You think about the people who would benefit from a change of systems, from a new product or a new service. You see - in all different forms - potential.

Maybe you want to start your own business. Maybe you want to help someone in your community, or a cause you are passionate about. But where to even start? How to even know if it is possible?

You are ready to start. You are passionate, you are engaging other passionate people, you have the vision, the mission, the commitment. But where do you start?

Starting a business in itself is overwhelming. Legal, accounting, processes, recruiting, business registrations, website, funding… Is your head hurting yet?

People have great ideas every day. Every minute that passes by, a great idea goes unnoticed. Just because the headache of making it happen, of giving it a try, sometimes paralyzes us before we can even start. And even when they start, the day-to-day entrepreneur life can quickly become overwhelming and exhausting. Between having to learn how to run a business, manage a team, secure resources and funding… ideas get lost. People get demotivated. Projects never see fruition.

What if there was another way?

What if someone could help you get things in motion. Understand what you need to start, who you need to bring in, and where you need to go for support? What if someone could be there every step of the way, helping you CREATE™ your vision? Make it happen.

That's where Complexly Simple is born.

I've always been fascinated with potential. In fact, one of my biggest struggles in life is to step away when I see something that could be so valuable, so rich but struggles to take off the ground. I've never coped well with seeing ideas or people with such potential give up before they reach their true goal.

It's like we are in the middle of a thunderstorm. Like the world is raining on us with all the negativity, the problems, the sadness, the chaos. Everything and everyone is telling us we can't do that. There is no point. Why even try? The world is too broken to fix it. The rain falls heavy on our heads, and we are so soaked that it's all we can feel.

Then let us be the umbrella. Let us be the cover that takes away the overwhelm, the loud negative voices telling you you should just give up, or that your idea wouldn't work. Let us help those ideas stay away from the rain and reach their potential. Reach their destination.

Passion leads us here. The passion and faith to make the world a better place. To find simple solutions for complex problems, so that great ideas come to see the light and shine upon us.

The world needs our complex ideas. It needs our support and creativity. Processes and systems are not always easy to navigate. Bureaucracy is not easy to navigate. But these are obstacles one must jump in order to reach the goal.

So what if someone could make it easier for big ideas to navigate complexity and reach their missions? What if someone could take the overwhelm away and help you focus on the change and impact you can create?

What if that someone was us?

And so we began.

It's Complexly Simple.
